College Graduates Jump From Job To Early Career

Until now, when those graduates who ride donkeys find "horses" and want to change jobs, these experts put a "jump early clan" hat on the graduates' heads to criticize.


Recall that in March 2009, when Yu Minhong, president of New Oriental, visited the "NPC and CPPCC" of Xinhuanet, he said, "If I graduate now, I will find a job first, and I will do whatever job I want", encouraging college students to get employed first.


For another example, in the same month, the Qilu Evening News reported that Dong Guoxun, the director of Shandong Provincial Labor and Social Security Department, said at a graduates' double election meeting, "Under the special economic situation, graduates must first find employment and then choose employment.".


After these "persuasions", how did the graduates choose? Jiangxi Daily reported last year that a survey of more than 30000 students conducted by Nanchang Human Resources Service Center showed that 83% of the surveyed students said they would "first find a job and then choose one".


As a result, last year, a large number of college graduates found a "donkey" to ride on, and the school was naturally happy because it ensured the employment rate; The education sector is also happy to see the success - because the employment rate data is not ugly. However, graduates know that there is a gap between the interests and benefits of these jobs and those originally envisaged.


In this way, when graduates find "horses" by riding "donkeys", whether the working time is less than half a year, job hopping is inevitable and reasonable. This kind of behavior may indeed make the society more impetuous, but who can blame graduates for its responsibility?
