At the news conference, Joaquim David said many tourists in Angola bought clothes and shoes in their tourist countries, which became the reason why the government replaced the import plan.
Joaquim David said at the "Angola fashion business" symposium that in order to reverse this situation, the government of Angola has invested heavily in restoring the country's textile and clothing related companies.
The seminar was jointly organized by Luanda international strategy Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of industry, mining and geology. This seminar is considered one of the largest fashion shows in Africa. 35 designers and 61 international brands from Africa, the Americas and Europe participated in the seminar and exhibition.
