   Sewing machine Principle knowledge

General sewing machines are made up of Nose , Frame Transmission and accessories four parts.

The nose is the main part of the sewing machine. It consists of four mechanisms, namely, piercing material, hook thread, thread picking and feeding, and the auxiliary mechanism such as winding, pressing and falling teeth. The motion of each organization is reasonably matched with the circulation work, and the sewing material is stitched up.

The frame is divided into two forms: platform and chassis. The platen of the platen stands plays the role of supporting the machine head, and is used as a worktable when sewing. The platen has a variety of styles, including one bucket or multi bucket folding, Tibetan style, cabinet type, writing desk type and so on. The chassis of the chassis has the function of supporting and storing the head, making the sewing machine easy to carry and keep.

The transmission part of the sewing machine is composed of a frame, a handshake or an electric motor. The rack is the mainstay of the machine, supporting the plate and the foot pedal. When used, the operator pedals the pedal, drives the pulley wheel through the crank, and drives the head through the belt. Most of the hand or motor are directly mounted on the machine head.

Accessories for sewing machines include machine needles, shuttle centers, cutting tools, oil kettles, etc.

The home sewing machine at the beginning of the liberation only adjusts the length of the needle and the function of the cloth before and after the cloth. By 60s, the curling edge is increased (by replacing the pressboard with the edge guide slot), embroidery, and lock buttonholes (through the use of the additional embroidery plate to cover the teeth of the cloth, and the cloth can move freely).

Then there was a home sewing machine with preset fancy stitches (which could get stitches of different shapes and convenient to form various patterns), and later came home sewing machines with microcomputers.
