The materials to be used for customs declaration are invoice, box list, bill of lading exchanged from shipping company, declaration declaration, import declaration, and commodity inspection certificate if there is need for commodity inspection.

5. general trade imports must be subject to import duties. Therefore, in order to speed up the import customs clearance, it is best to open an oral check (but this way the finance of the enterprise will not be allowed). When the customs pays the payment book, it will write a check.

All imported goods must be paid by customs cheque.

Customs duties are usually paid to the Bank of China. After paying customs duties, the bank will give you the bank's seal on the payment book.

6. deliver the payment book to the freight forwarder and let the customs agent release the customs.

This is what we call a release.

7. after receiving customs duties, the customs will issue a customs release slip on the bill of lading and take the bill of lading to the port where the shipping company is located to pick up the goods.
