This change is worth a hundred times.

Where is the mystery? It was originally a shoe maker in Ouhai, and was afraid of "fake" by the business people.

One style, two trademarks.

In September 21st, according to the clues, a team of law enforcement officers of the Ouhai sub Bureau of the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of industry and commerce, according to the clues, found illegal processing shoes in the illegal building room of Meiyuan Village, Guo Xi Town, Ouhai district. At the scene, 6 workers were packing the bulk snow boots nervously. Among them, the whole packaging process was hung up with tags, plastic bags, shoe boxes, packing and packing.

The law enforcement officers seized more than 700 boxes of snow boots with counterfeit "UGG" trademark that had been packaged, and found more than 20 boxes of snow boots with the same style but marked "MIAOLI" trademark.

Exactly the same type of snow boots has a completely different trademark. What is the correlation between them? At this time, the working details of a worker caused the attention of law enforcement officers. She was removing the "MIAOLI" trademark label on the snow boots, and then exposed the "UGG" trademark label.

After that, law enforcement officers uncovered the label of snow boots marked with the "MIAOLI" trademark, and all of them found "UGG" trademarks.

Business people realized that covering the same size "MIAOLI" label on the "UGG" trademark would make it impossible for people to perceive it at all.

This is obviously a cover up for fake offenses. Who is it?

Law enforcement officers quickly found a breakthrough from the "MIAOLI" label: "MIAOLI" may be the Pinyin of Chinese "Li Li".

According to the investigation, there is indeed a shoe making company in Ouhai.

The law enforcement officers immediately drove to the scene. As expected, they found 600 pairs of snow boots labeled "MIAOLI" in the company, and uncovered the "MIAOLI" label, that is, the "UGG" trademark.

The boss of the company explained that he knew that the industry and Commerce Department had a great impact on counterfeit products. A number of shoemaking enterprises that produced fake "UGG" snow boots were gradually investigated by the industry and commerce departments. So they thought of a way to make "MIAOLI" trademark labels with the same size as "UGG" trademark labels with rubber glue, which overlapped on the "UGG" trademark label made of weaving tapes. When processing snow boots and upper shoes, they imitate the styles of original products, and stitch overlapping labels on the heels of snow boots upper.

This law enforcement department routine inspection, only to see "MIAOLI" brand label snow boots.

In addition, they hired a remote building in the Meiyuan Village of Guo Xi Town as a site for packaging and storing fake "UGG" snow boots.

The snow boots produced by the company are directly installed in the revolving box without packaging. After they are pported to the place, they are then stripped of the "MIAOLI" trademark label. They are labeled with "UGG" trademark tag, loaded into the "UGG" trademark plastic bags, shoeboxes and packing boxes, temporarily stored up until the weather turns cold, and make a profit in the busy season.

Counterfeiting enterprises face heavy penalties

The shoe companies involved in the case can not provide authorization documents to use the "UGG" trademark, and they have been suspected of trademark infringement.

A total of 8170 pairs of fake "UGG" snow boots seized were counted.

In order to retain these infringing products, the law enforcement officers invited the relocation company on the afternoon of the same day. Due to the narrow roads and inconvenient traffic, until the next morning at two o'clock, the relocation company shipped 13 times with 2 tons of pickup trucks before loading the counterfeit products.

The relevant person in charge of Ouhai industry and Commerce Bureau said that "UGG" is a registered trademark of the Deckers Outdoor Corporation.

The unauthorized use of the "UGG" trademark by the party concerned has violated the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. When the administrative department for Industry and Commerce has handled the case, it finds that the act of infringement is established, it shall be ordered to stop the infringing act immediately, confiscate, destroy the infringing goods, and specialize in the manufacture of infringing goods and forge the marks of the registered trademarks, and impose a fine of three times less than the illegal business volume.

If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law.

At present, the case is being further processed.
