Ma Lianfu suggested that every listed company should set up special posts and personnel for investor relations management, and design a certain evaluation and incentive system.

"For example, we need to see whether investors are increasing or decreasing each year, depending on the status of assets and so on, and do some incentive distribution according to market capitalization management."
