The invention discloses a production process of nano silk knitted anti wrinkle knitted garments, which comprises a knitted garment finishing process. The knitted garment is processed by using nano SiO2 and amino silicone elastomer JXC-1, dispersing the nanometer SiO2 with particle size from 20nm to 30nm in the Twain -80 solvent, and using sodium polyacrylate and sodium six phosphate to carry out the emulsification and dispersion of nano SiO2, making nano finishing liquid, soaking knitted garments in nano finishing liquid, dehydrating and drying, making nano SiO2 firmly adsorbed into the fabric, then soaking in the amino silicone elastomer JXC-1 finishing liquid, and finally forming a stable elastic film on the surface of knitted garments.

The silk knitted garment of the invention has good wrinkle resistant effect, the wrinkle recovery angle of the silk knitted fabric is increased to 242 degrees, and the wrinkle recovery angle of the silk fabric is increased to 236 degrees after washing 50 times, so as to enhance the wrinkle resistance of the silk knitted fabric while ensuring the original style of the fabric.
