They are shuttling through the ocean of this fabric, visiting enterprises, and attacking businesses.

A month ago, 16 creative agencies from all over the country signed into the Keqiao creative building.

The main designers of this time are fashion designers, all of them are big names. Some have won the highest award of Chinese fashion design "Golden Summit Award", some have won the medal of "master of Chinese fashion design", and 7 have been "the top ten fashion designers in China".

In the second half of last year, Wu Xuekai, the winner of Jinding award, signed a million annual salary contract with Shaoxing Heng Mei textile company, designing two seasons fashion for Heng Mei every year.

Fashion designers joined Shaoxing to create a creative base for clothing home textiles.

Up to now, the base has introduced 33 design and research institutes, designer studios and 7 software development companies.

The main focus is on creativity, leading the traditional textile manufacturing industry to the two ends of the "smile curve".

When a large number of designers enter Keqiao, an old topic is mentioned again: how can we create an umbrella for creative design?

Pan Yongxing, who was famous for making printed cloth, won the name of one of the four "flower kings" of the textile city in the 90s of last century.

Recently, representatives from Jiangsu Nantong, Shandong Weifang, Guangdong Foshan and Zhejiang Shaoxing have reached a consensus in Shaoxing on the implementation details of copyright protection and cooperation in the four textile markets.

According to the rules, the four places hold a joint meeting on rights protection every half a year, and 5 cases of complaints are carried out in different places for investigation and evidence collection. Special infringement cases follow suit, and emphasize "completely eradicate local protectionism".

Xue Bai, deputy director of Shaoxing industry and Commerce Bureau, said that copyright protection is a "nose", and the government should protect innovation through system building.

A "dye bowl revolution" in the Binhai Industrial Area, such as a green cyclone, will sweep all over Shaoxing county.

Many printing and dyeing enterprises at old bases have already tasted the sweetness.

Originally, the Zhejiang Bao textile and cotton dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd., which discharged more than 700 tons of sewage every day, decided to stop all the pad dyeing projects 3 years ago, and changed to the batik production line. The amount of pollutant discharge was reduced by 2/3, and the new products were welcomed by foreign customers.

Red, green and blue textile printing and dyeing company cost nearly 10 million yuan, which has been successfully developed in the past 3 years. The technology of "digital printing industrialization" has been developed and used for digital printing, which can only be used for proofing.

The fabric produced by this technology is vivid and three-dimensional, and is especially suitable for young people's taste.

The head of the China Textile City Management Committee told reporters that digital printing can achieve zero emissions compared with the traditional printing and dyeing industry.

At present, many textile enterprises in Shaoxing carry out this digital printing technology, bringing revolutionary changes to the printing and dyeing industry.

In August 19th last year, the Shaoxing Binhai Industrial Zone was awarded the "green printing and dyeing R & D and production base" by the China printing and dyeing industry association, and is the first in China.

Green will drive Shaoxing's printing and dyeing industry into a new world.

Emerging industries suddenly rise

In April 29th, the eyes of the global lighting industry suddenly focused on the new area of Shaoxing.

New (Shaoxing) Green Lighting Co., Ltd. invested by OSRAM (OSRAM), is officially put into operation here.

Attracting the attention of peers is not only because OSRAM is one of the world's two largest producers of electric light sources, but more importantly, the scale of this project is huge.

It occupies an area of 240 thousand square meters and has an annual production capacity of 240 million electronic energy-saving lamps.

It is reported that OSRAM German head office has injected new core technologies for new and lighting companies, including low mercury and long life environmental protection materials.

In Shaoxing, "new and lighting" is not a case.
