1, accurate understanding

The tracking of garment standards is not in place, which leads to errors in standard usage. There are many problems in the correct use of standards for enterprises. The phenomena of using wrong standards and arbitrary standards are common. The production of non standard production happens frequently. Enterprises not only cause economic losses to themselves, but also mislead consumers, which seriously disrupts the normal operation of the market. In order to enable the majority of garment enterprises to familiarize themselves with and grasp the standards as soon as possible, and implement the standards well, the national clothing Standardization Technical Committee Secretariat conducts annual clothing standards training and publicity activities, and the national textile and garment production and sales enterprises can participate in training so as to grasp the new standards in time and apply them to the market operation.

First, considering the urgent demand of China's clothing technology standards in line with international standards and resisting trade barriers such as foreign developed countries, the national garment Standardization Technical Committee has gradually shifted the focus of standardization work to environmental protection, safety and hygiene. In recent years, we have collected and studied the technical regulations and standards of ecological textiles in developed countries. Based on the EU's 0KO Tex Standard 100, we have selected some environmental protection, safety and health technical requirements in the clothing standard according to our national conditions. For example, the technical requirements of formaldehyde content and pH value have been increased in product standards such as western style clothes, infant clothing and clothing. In addition, the technical assessment index of bacterial content has been added to the standard of down garments, which has promoted the re examination and understanding of the technical requirements of environmental protection, safety and hygiene in China's clothing enterprises, and promoted the continuous improvement of enterprise management and production processes, which is conducive to upgrading and upgrading of clothing products in China.

Second, the safety of consumer goods, especially the safety of children's clothing, is becoming the focus of social attention. Children's jackets and neck bands are easy to be caught and dangerous. When pulling up and down, children's waist or hem bands are easy to be caught and lead to towing accidents. The United States, Britain and other advanced countries track the accidents caused by children's clothing, and carry out accident statistics, analyze the inducements of children's clothing accidents, and continuously introduce various regulations and technical standards. Typical ASTM F 1816-2004 children's upper body wear safety requirements, EN 14682:2007 children's wear rope and belt safety requirements, BS 7907:1997 improve the safety of children's clothing design and production implementation standards and other standards, provide important basis for children's clothing design and production practice in various countries around the world. The national garment Standardization Technical Committee, in accordance with the principle of marking, combined with China's national conditions, has also formulated relevant standards to standardize children's wear market.

3, clothing CAD related technical standard system

After many years of promotion and application, garment CAD technology has been greatly improved and applied in China's garment industry. The application of clothing CAD software is gradually increasing, which has greatly accelerated the pace of going to the international market. However, there are many problems in the application of clothing CAD, which brings great trouble to the majority of business users. The apparel Standard Committee takes the most advanced technology in the clothing industry as the research object, establishes a unified garment CAD related technical standard system, and formulating CAD related technical standards for clothing, which is in line with the development trend of the information technology openness in the apparel industry, and promotes the further application and development of CAD technology in the apparel industry.
