In 1-2 months of this year, 16 textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size in the state started production 12 (camel carpet, Haiying carpet, Chu Xin agriculture and Yulin geotextile material not yet started production). As at the end of February, the productivity of starting up was 75%; in 1-2 months, the output value was 16070 million, up 0.3% over the same period last year, and the added value was 38 million 410 thousand yuan, a decrease of 0.7% over the same period last year, accounting for 13% of the industrial added value of the whole state.
In the 16 textile and garment enterprises, 1 (Xinjiang Jin Xin Yu Textile Co., Ltd.), whose output value is over 50 million yuan, has achieved 2 output value of 2000-3000 yuan (Xinjiang Zhen de Textile Co., Ltd. and Alashankou Zhen de Medical Textile Co., Ltd.), and 3 production enterprises (1000-2000 yuan), Jinghe Yueyang Textile Co., Ltd., Alashankou Huamao Textile Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Eurasia sports equipment Co., Ltd., and 6 production houses with a production value below 10 million yuan.
In the 12 textile and garment enterprises that started production, 9 increase in value added was achieved, and 3 of the added value decreased year by year (Jin Xinyu textile, Hongyu textile, Jintai textile).
The main reason for the decline is that financing difficulties affect the expansion and load production of enterprises, the mobility of employees and the reduction of labor efficiency.
