Reporters in the field visit found that Goodyear shoes shoes main leisure series, fashion series, sports series and outdoor series of four series, mainly in the middle shoe products, the price between 299-1299 yuan.
According to Goodyear store sales personnel, the company's stores are mainly domestic department stores and shopping centers in a second tier city, and temporarily have not set up an e-commerce platform channel. Goodyear plans to build China into the world's largest market by next step.
"But Beijing stores just opened, many consumers do not understand, and even because the company did not arrange training, so sales staff on Goodyear shoes also do not know very well.
Store sales are not optimistic, with an average daily sales of around 1000 yuan.

After an hour's stay in the store, reporters also found that compared with the popularity of other famous sports brand shops, Goodyear stores were rather cold, and only a few customers entered the shop but did not buy them.
At the same time, after asking customers who entered the shop, the reporter found that most of the guests did not know the brand, but just stroll around.
The two brand stores, which are adjacent to Goodyear shoe store, Adidas and Nike, have an average of 2-3 customers entering the shop every minute, many of them try on or buy.
Public information shows that Goodyear's global business involves four areas: footwear, luggage, tires and airships. In 1876, Goodyear began producing Goodyear shoes and sold them all over the world.
Originally made of leather casual shoes, Goodyear shoes began to make sports shoes in the 60s of last century.
The manager of Goodyear store in Beijing told the Beijing Commercial Daily reporter that in April this year, the first Goodyear shoe store was set up in Nanjing.
At present, nearly 100 countries in the world are selling Goodyear's footwear products, with nearly 4000 global stores.
Meanwhile, the domestic market expanded rapidly to nearly 60 stores in more than two months.
The Goodyear shoe store's entry into Beijing is intended to expand in the first tier cities in China.
Kang Lanxin, director of the school of clothing and accessories, said that Goodyear shoes store has a unique shoe making technology, and has been exporting technology through cooperation with other sports brands to pave the way for its own brand development.
However, Ma steel, a shoe and clothing expert, is not optimistic about Goodyear's "money road" in the sports market. "At present, the sports industry is improving as a whole, but competition is still fierce.
The international sports giant Nike and Adidas have carved up a large share of the market, and some other domestic sports brands are standing firmly in the middle and low end market.
