According to the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bureau of industry and commerce, according to the standards of GB28011-2011 "footwear steel hook heart" and QB/T1002-2005 "leather shoes" and the products used expressly, spot checks on leather shoes in circulation area were carried out, with a pass rate of only 43%.
The sampling inspection items include wear resistance, folding resistance, peel strength, hook bending performance, hook bending stiffness.

A total of 100 batches of leather shoes were sampled, 43 batches were qualified, 57 batches failed, and the pass rate was 43%.
The main unqualified items are peel strength, bending resistance, hook hardness, hook bending rigidity and so on.
The administrative departments for Industry and Commerce have ordered the sale of unqualified goods found in spot checks, and have been punished according to relevant laws and regulations.
