The Consumer Association of Kunming released the third quarter complaint analysis, and the quality problem still tops the list, with a large number of complaints, involving more commodity categories, accounting for 52% of all complaints.

In the third quarter, the consumer associations at all levels of the city handled 1202 complaints from consumers, and settled 1202 pieces, which saved 4 million 256 thousand yuan for consumers.

According to the types of complaints, pportation complaints accounted for 22% of the total complaints, ranking the top of complaints; Internet service complaints ranked second, accounting for 18% of the total complaints; third of them were household electronic appliances complaints, accounting for 17% of the total complaints.

From the comprehensive analysis of consumer complaints in the third quarter, complaints about vehicle related complaints are still hot in consumer complaints. Among them, there are many complaints about vehicle quality and contract disputes arising from buying cars.

Complaints in the Internet industry are also rising rapidly. Consumers are more concerned about broadband access services, mainly due to slow network speed, network interruption, frequent dropping and slow maintenance.
