Step1., re check your. Career goal

What do you want? Is it a new job, or do you need to change the attitude towards the current job? Some people regard their careers as the main ingredients of their lives. They may live to work for others, but for others, work is a means of life. They need enough income to maintain the lifestyle they choose. Many people have never thought of which way is suitable for themselves. And this step will help you figure out your true thoughts and help you make the right career choices.

Step2. choose an implementation target Method.

Now, you need to decide whether to go on or on the other side. Maybe you want to try something new - you know what you want to do. work But you don't know how to get such a job. Maybe you want to stay away from the job that you hate now or the difficult boss.

If you are going to try a new job, you have to figure out what that job is:

Screen jobs you are interested in through recruitment websites. But if you don't know what you want to do, the overwhelming choice may make you feel helpless.

Perhaps you will find the answer from your resume, but this will only make you fall back into the work you had done before.

Make some creative attempts. See Step4 and Step5. for details.

Take the time to figure out your abilities, talents and interests, so that you can identify career choices that you can investigate.

If you want to escape from something that you really hate, then you have to figure out what you hate, so that you can avoid getting into the same situation as before. It will be very helpful to write down all kinds of disgust about your current job. Now, can you tell us a few things right now? Make sure that your next choice will not put yourself in the same predicament again.

Step3. setting a reasonable goal is not enough.

It is far from enough just to make a decision. You have to turn that resolution into a well-defined goal. Most people know the importance of reasonable goals, but they often forget all the factors that make up this goal. Now let's take a look at how to set reasonable goals.

You need a "special" goal. You need to figure out what you want to achieve. If you want to change jobs, you need to know what this job is.

This goal must be "measured". You have to know where to start, so that you can better monitor your progress. Finding a new job is a clear measurable success criterion, but you have to divide it into more precise steps: updating your resume, gathering information about competition and challenges in the industry, etc.

This goal should be "realized". Although having a challenging goal is a great thing, chances are that you need a safer and smaller pace. For example, you have to start with the marketing assistant, slowly transition to the Marketing Commissioner, and then become a marketing manager.

Your goal must be "realistic". Although we are sufficiently focused and persistent, most of our goals can be realized. But if you find many scientific paradoxes in your learning process, can you successfully pass the dietitian exam? Do you have any better career goals?

Time limit. This means that you have to set a deadline for yourself to achieve your goals. Ask someone to ask, how long does it take to move from X to Y? Figure out the steps to achieve the goal and set the time limit.

Your goal should be "exciting". If your goal can't make you feel excited, it doesn't make sense. So this job should be what you want to do.

Record this process. You have to record the whole process of achieving the goal so as to monitor your progress. Keep your goals and goals in your diary, mobile phone or wall.

  Step4. creative try.

And don't forget to relax occasionally. Keep calm and curious. Close your eyes and think about what you like to do. If you win ten million of the lottery, buy your own house and travel around the world, you plan to return to the workplace. What do you want to do at this time? Do not consider the feasibility of this matter. You just need to develop your imagination and exert yourself. Then open your eyes and record your thoughts. Never distract yourself, so write as quickly as possible and write down every thought you have. It will not be long before you fall in love with this state. Keep this activity going on for a while and update your records. The editing work can be done later.

Now let's narrow the scope. First of all, look at what you have done, and then think about why these dreams are very important to you. Perhaps many of the content you write is not traditional work, so how do you transform them into a career? Finally, we need to add some realism to these contents. Which of them are feasible and which can only be a dream at the moment? Think about why. Now, do you have more new ideas about career choice?

   Step5. launched an investigation.

From now on, you can investigate some of your choices. The Internet is a good tool, and the specific way of using it is clear to everyone. By this way, you can identify some occupations that you are interested in, but at the same time, do not forget to check some of their realities. What are you likely to succeed in it? Of course, when considering, you must reckon the economic situation which is now in a recession.
