At the same time, influenced by factors such as exchange rate, cost, tax rebate policy and so on, the profit of enterprises in 2007 has declined sharply. But through active proactive pformation and upgrading, the number of orders has not decreased in 2008, and profits are expected to rise by about 20% over 2007.

Zhang Huarong believes that this has benefited from the early completion of the regional layout and structural pformation of the enterprises in the best and fast growth of the external environment, greatly enhancing the ability to resist risks and sustainable development.

He said: "for manufacturing industry, manufacturing links directly affect product prices and industry benefits."

Since 2001, enterprises have begun to upgrade their products. They have been pformed from pure finished shoes to comprehensive industrial chains, which include R & D, trade, leather manufacturing, shoe making, shoe machine matching, finished products processing, logistics and distribution.

Having a complete industrial chain can effectively reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and enable enterprises to have a greater voice. They have obvious advantages in today's fierce competition.

On the other hand, from 2002 onward, enterprises took the initiative to carry out industrial restructuring, pforming from one land operation to multi operation, from extensive to intensive, from single to complex, from simple spatial distribution to over time integration.

Zhang Huarong has always believed that "there are differences in industries and industries, but there is no division between high and low ends."

Therefore, Huabao shoe industry is aiming at creating a hundred years' high efficiency and strong enterprise's footsteps in the future. It has never ceased: from single international brand subcontracting to the direction of brand subcontracting and independent brand management, it has invested more than 4000 yuan, and has introduced "Chan long" brand, acquired the brand of "Carver" and created its own "COLCO" brand. Now it has opened more than 200 stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang and Guangzhou.

The existing women's shoes grading can not solve the differential demand caused by the asymmetry of the feet. After in-depth research, collecting tens of thousands of different foot data, the "hundred code standard" of women's shoes will be set up, and the personalized customization service of women's shoes will be fully implemented.
