Refined oil sales

enterprise

Washington (reporter Zhong Jingjing) following the 23 National Development and Reform Commission to investigate a number of high priced diesel oil sales companies, yesterday, the NDRC announced a number of violating the refined oil price regulations for selling diesel fuel stations.

This is also the 2 time that the NDRC has issued 2 illegal price behaviors in oil enterprises for 4 consecutive days.

The NDRC said yesterday that the inspection team has recently made a key inspection of the implementation of diesel prices in petrol stations in Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Henan, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Jiangxi and Shanxi.

The investigation found that 10 gas stations in Yueyuan gas station, Xichang City, Luzhou City, Naxi District, Luzhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunyang, and Gaoyang hawk rock gas filling station and so on, sell diesel oil at a high retail price which is too high above the state regulations.

The petrol stations that were investigated and dealt with more often took the form of shortage or false invoices to increase their prices in disguised form or sell diesel oil directly outside the highest retail price stipulated by the state.

The NDRC said it had asked the local price authorities to order the gas stations to rectify immediately, stop selling more diesel than the government's highest price, confiscate the overcharged price and impose a corresponding fine.

Yesterday, the NDRC revealed that the main illegal subjects were individual petrol stations. On the 23 day, the NDRC announced a number of oil companies that violated the state's refined oil price regulations for selling oil at a high price, including the sales companies of the two largest oil companies.

Viewpoint

"Next year's CPI growth will not exceed 3%".

Experts say the main task next year is to restore demand.

Zhang Liqun, a research fellow of the Ministry of macroeconomic research of the State Council Development Research Center, told people's website yesterday that the main problem in China next year is how to restore demand growth. The price increase will not be very high. The CPI growth rate should be below 3%.

Zhang Liqun said that the continuous rise of CPI in recent months is mainly reflected in the promotion of food prices, not a reflection of the imbalance between supply and demand.

"Therefore, this is different from inflation on the macro level."

Zhang Liqun said that the main problems of China's economy at this stage are not overheated demand, overheated economy or overall price rise, but a continuous pullback in the pace of economic growth. It is possible to move to a low level and the potential for potential growth is weakening.

When it comes to whether there will be a possibility of a comprehensive adjustment of wages in the continuous rise of prices, Zhang Liqun said that the problem should be put more in the context of the market, except that wages outside the civil service and public institutions are determined by the operating conditions of the enterprises, and also determined by personal investment and financing activities. The government should not interfere too much.

National Development and Reform Commission issued a five article steady price

Require large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises to assume social responsibility, and oil companies ensure the supply of refined oil products.

Washington (reporter Zhong Jingjing) yesterday issued by the national development and Reform Commission, "the key to stabilizing prices and stabilizing life is to carry out the implementation". It is emphasized that the key to controlling prices is to implement policies. In addition to the government's efforts to strengthen the measures, it is especially mentioned that oil companies should adopt economic and technological means to increase production load, arrange maintenance reasonably, and ensure the supply of refined oil.

On the 20 day, the State Council issued the notice of the State Council on stabilizing the general level of consumer prices and safeguarding the basic livelihood of the masses, and promulgated 16 measures to control the rapid rise in prices.

Since the beginning of 22, the NDRC has issued a document on how to implement the "16 articles".

State owned enterprises should shoulder social responsibilities

In the fifth articles yesterday, in addition to the previous requests that local governments and commodity price departments effectively implement the "16 Regulations" of the State Council and stabilize prices, the NDRC also stressed the responsibility of the relevant enterprises yesterday. "Especially large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises should shoulder the necessary social responsibilities and cooperate with the government in ensuring the stable price of supply."

The development and Reform Commission requires that oil companies should adopt economic and technological means to increase production load, make reasonable arrangements for overhaul and ensure the supply of refined oil; strengthen the price self-discipline of coal enterprises, stabilize the prices of coal, especially electric coal; grain enterprises must strictly abide by the limits of the highest storage of grain operators, consciously maintain the order of market purchase, strengthen the supervision of grain purchase funds, do not rush to buy, do not raise prices, and do not hoarding; production and circulation enterprises must strictly abide by the state's price policies and laws and regulations, and should not take advantage of the rising prices, speculate and raise prices to make profits.

Reserve enough grain and oil.

The NDRC requires governments at all levels to protect the market supply of necessities such as grain, oil, egg and vegetable, and to store enough small packages of finished grain and oil, to speed up the growing of lettuce and wintering greenhouse vegetables, so as to ensure that urban life is not greatly affected by bad weather conditions.

With provincial units as soon as possible, the subsidies for the preferential treatment, the urban minimum living allowances, the rural five guarantees, the poor students and the student canteens of the secondary and technical schools should be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We should purge the market order and crack down on illegal acts such as malicious hoarding, disguised price increases, collusion in price rises, and false price information. We should speed up the study and formulate contingency plans for price, strengthen price monitoring and early warning, improve the reserves of residents' daily necessities, and guard against abnormal fluctuations in prices.

Development and Reform Commission issued five articles steady prices

22, "our country has the ability to keep the general price level basically stable".

The production capacity of industrial consumer goods far exceeds domestic demand, and there is no basis for price rise.

23, "earnestly grasp the principles and requirements of price regulation and regulation"

We should combine price relations with the basic livelihood of the masses, maintain normal business activities and combat price violations.

24, increase market price supervision according to law.

We should focus on combating malicious hoarding, driving up prices, disguised price increases and collusion in raising prices, colluding prices and other illegal activities. We must severely investigate and deal with vicious speculation and maintain market and price order.

25, "take measures to stabilize prices and protect the people"

It is necessary to clean up and cancel unreasonable charging items involving enterprise production and mass life, and reduce the high fees and unreasonable prices.

26, the key to stabilizing prices and stabilizing life is to carry out the implementation.

Enterprises, especially large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, must shoulder the necessary social responsibilities and cooperate with the government in doing a good job in ensuring the supply and stabilizing prices.
