Finally, the ability to implement well formulated strategies is perhaps the most difficult question for entrepreneurs to answer.

Many new start-ups die young because entrepreneurs can't effectively implement their own strategy.

Therefore, even if the entrepreneur has a perfect strategy, there is no guarantee that the enterprise will succeed.

If they do not invest in recruiting, financing, organizing infrastructure, and cultivate organizational culture that is strategical, entrepreneurs will not succeed.

To correctly evaluate their ability to implement strategies, entrepreneurs must evaluate them from three aspects: resources, organizational capabilities and personal roles: do I need resources and relationships? How powerful are the organizations? Can I be competent for my role?


Entrepreneurs should also be vigilant in times of danger and have a strong sense of crisis.

Therefore, as a qualified entrepreneur, they must constantly "charge", learn new skills and knowledge, and constantly ask themselves: where am I going? How can I get there?
