In August 22, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China issued the Announcement No. sixty-fifth in 2006, and decided to apply the anti-dumping duty rate to 4.02% of imported styrene butadiene rubber imported from Varro's Voronezhsintezkauchuk.



In January 28, 2010, Varro, Russia, opened an application for renaming the Ministry of Commerce.

The company claims that the English name of the company has been misled due to its spelling errors, and it is requested to change the English name of the Russian Varro's Voronezhsynthezkauchuk.

The company submitted the articles of association, the company registration certificate, and the relevant certification materials of the consular offices of the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Russian Federation and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Russian Federation.



The Ministry of Commerce notified the original applicant of the anti-dumping investigation on the above application.

Within the stipulated time, the domestic styrene butadiene rubber industry as the original applicant did not comment on this.



The Ministry of Commerce has examined that the existing evidence materials indicate that the English name of the Russian Varro's Voronezhsynthezkauchuk company should be "". "



Accordingly, the Ministry of Commerce decided to apply the 4.02% anti-dumping duty rate applicable to the export of Russian Varro Voronezhsintezkauchuk to China. The 4.02% anti-dumping duty rate is applicable to the Russian Varro Varro company.


This notice will be implemented from March 25, 2010.
