      3、中国的企业,特别是中小型企业,它的发展和壮大在很大程度上归功于它所在的整个行业处于发展的上升趋势。这类企业我叫它机会型企业,基于这个现实,老板是不太迷信什么人才的。有市场,有利润是老板实实在在看到的,而人才的作用听得多见得还不多。从心底让老板做到以人为本恐怕在中国还尚需时日。
